Okin at the Adegi Event: Fostering a New Business Culture

On October 16, Okin had the opportunity to participate in an inspiring event at Adegi, called New Culturers Gunea, where nearly 100 representatives from 24 companies gathered with over 800 students and more than 50 teachers.

This meeting focused on the cultural transformation these companies are undergoing, improving relationships within their teams and promoting a more collaborative work environment.

From Okin, we shared testimonials from two employees who explained their experiences and the practices they have implemented at Okin to reach their current positions. This practice was very important, as the students were able to see themselves reflected in their stories.
