Okin at the Advanced Management Congress of #EuropeanWeek21
The second and final day of the Advanced Management Congress held at the Euskalduna Bilbao as part of the events of European Week 2021 was dedicated to people: the future of employment and new ways of working.
Just as the Regional Minister for Economic Development, Sustainability and the Environment, Arantxa Tapia, said on the opening day that we cannot allow any company to be left behind, it was clear on this second day that it is organisations that cannot afford to leave people behind.
Good Practices were presented by Fundacion Másfamilia, Colegio El Regato, Ibermática, BABESTEN GIPUZKOA SL, EMCK Human Capital Innovation and Strategy, Grupo SPRI and OKIN.
Mikel Sarasola- Industrial Director, Alex Castander- Head of Production and Mikel Galarraga- Head of Maintenance, representing OKIN, spoke about #conciliation related to quality in employment, temporal and spatial flexibility, support for the family of employees, personal development and equal opportunities.
The ideal job for this new generation must satisfy both personal and professional concerns, as well as being flexible and personalised. People must be equipped with more virtual communication skills, emotional intelligence and be multidisciplinary.
Undoubtedly, there are many challenges ahead in terms of employment and #advancedmanagement of people. We will surely continue to talk about it in future editions of the Management Congress in future European Weeks.
