Okin at the meeting with Japanese food industry professionals

On 18 July, the Euskadi Food Cluster, in collaboration with Hazi, organised a reverse mission with the aim of promoting the internationalisation of companies in our sector. This time, the country chosen was Japan. Throughout the day, we had the opportunity to strengthen relationships with professionals in the hotel and restaurant channel as well as with specialized stores. 

The Caprice programme aims to promote Txakoli with DOP (Getariako Txakolina, Bizkaiko Txakolina and Arabako Txakolina), accompanied by products with quality brands such as Ibarra chilli peppers with Eusko Label and Anchovy and White Tuna from the Cantabrian Sea of the Basque Country. An excellent opportunity to show our gastronomic wealth and quality products that we have in Euskadi.
