Okin at the XXXVI Technical Conference of the AETC

Okin had the honor of participating in the 36th Technical Conference of the Spanish Association of Cereal Technicians (AETC), held in Zaragoza on October 22-23. This event brought together more than 40 national and international experts to discuss “Food Safety in the Supply Chain: From Seed to Table.” Over a day and a half, we explored the latest advancements and challenges in cereal production, processing, and commercialization, reaffirming our commitment to a safe and high-quality food supply chain.

The conference offered a thorough view of current trends, from the use of artificial intelligence to strengthen food safety to sustainable practices and the analysis of new wheat varieties. At Okin, we believe that knowledge-sharing and collaboration with other industry leaders are essential to advancing toward a more innovative and responsible sector.

We thank the AETC for creating this invaluable space for exchange and learning. We remain focused on contributing solutions that strengthen the safety and sustainability of the cereal supply chain at every stage.
