OKIN, pioneers in advanced sensing and digitalization in the food industry, measure salt content in masses with HAZITEK-E-FOOD 4.0.

Within the framework of the HAZITEK-E-FOOD 4.0 project, focused on advanced sensing and digitalization in the food industry, Okin develops intelligent monitoring and measures salt content in masses through non-destructive testing. The objectives of these tests are:

  • Identifying and achieving acceptable ranges in salt concentrations.
  • Meeting the sustainable development goals of the planet.
  • Improving the properties of our products and ensuring the quality of the final product.

By being pioneers and innovating in our programs, we enhance the physical and technological infrastructure of the plant, increase our levels of production control, and ensure responsible consumption.

These projects bring us closer to the goals of sustainable development, improving the health and well-being of our consumers. Additionally, we ensure lower energy consumption in our processes and reduce contamination levels.
