OKIN relies on IeTeam to implement a new factory innovation model.
In the ever-changing business landscape, innovation emerges as a crucial and essential path when defining its future. However, how can companies comprehend and effectively apply this concept?
For us, innovation plays a crucial and essential role. Therefore, we have undergone a process of reflection and definition of strategic lines and actions to evolve our innovation model.
The main objective of the project has been to collectively reflect on the current state of innovation at OKIN and devise and define the future vision. All of this has materialized into an action plan that will enable the transition to a collaborative innovation model with more structured management.
Throughout the project, different profiles have participated to obtain a unified vision considering the perspectives, realities, and needs of individuals from various roles and departments.
Through two participative sessions, we have identified our strengths, areas for improvement, and needs regarding innovation. Taking this as a starting point, the evolution of the innovation model has been defined to reach the desired future.
In this process, the role of IeTeam has involved energizing and providing vision and knowledge of innovation, guiding the team in reflecting and defining the future of innovation. The sessions comprised three fundamental parts: a knowledge base for language and objective alignment, ideation dynamics, and finally, the generation of reflections and improvement ideas. All of this has been documented as tangible knowledge for the organization, and the defined action plan will be carried out alongside other plans for the evolution of the business management model underway by the team responsible for setting the strategy.
