OKIN, towards sustainable logistics with AECOC and Lean & Green

Lean & Green is Europe's largest collaborative platform specifically aimed at reducing supply chain emissions.

It is an international initiative that aims to help companies in all sectors reduce their greenhouse gas emissions from logistics activities to reach the targets defined at the Paris Climate Summit (COP21) for carbon neutral emissions by 2050.

The Lean & Green Programme is divided into working levels with quantifiable targets for reducing carbon emissions. The development of the action plan is the first phase and AECOC is presenting this trophy as proof of the commitment that OKIN is making by presenting this plan.

Aspiring to a quantifiable objective, collaborating with other companies at both national and European level, sharing good practices and being a reference point for sustainability with a transparent and traceable monitoring system are just some of the advantages offered by this initiative.

Once the objectives established for each level have been achieved, companies will be awarded a Star.
