As consumers we are increasingly demanding. We are ever more aware of the food we eat, checking the quality and source of ingredients, and how our food has been processed and produced. Our "Clean Label" (no additives or preservatives) promise arose in response to such concerns, and our Organic philosophy makes this even clearer and more consistent. Which is why we have stepped up our commitment to the consumer and, with organic certification, our range is characterised by maximum respect for health and the environment.

OKIN, which means “baker” in Basque, is a family business founded in 1994 and located in the Basque Coast (in Zumaia, 40 km from San Sebastian). We are a family business dedicated to baking bread. There are no shortcuts or secret ingredients. Our evolution and growth over the past 25 years has been solely based on the work of our people. Which is why we believe in local employment, and in maintaining loyal and trusting relationships with our suppliers, customers and partners, and in transparent and concise communication withthe consumer.
