We live surrounded by culinary culture: from the small "taskas" full off pintxos in the Old Quarter of San Sebastian, to Michelin Star restaurants, through culinary universities. We are therefore aware of the day-to-day demands placed on the horeca channel reduced time and space, and ever more demanding consumers. We have created the Gastro range to address such requirements by selecting small pieces, some of which can be bake in just 5 minutes.

OKIN, WHICH MEANS “BAKER” IN BASQUE, IS A FAMILY BUSINESS FOUNDED IN 1994 AND LOCATED IN THE BASQUE COAST OF SPAIN (IN SAN SEBASTIAN).
